Sacandaga Station - village model 1 - lot 15

This version of Model 1 was optimized for lakeview from the east elevation. Since this lot is along the swale on the north side of the Village, an exterior basement entrance is provided. The first floor design is open; it includes an enclosed entry (for winter use), central heating as well as a wood stove, and a first floor master bedroom & bath.
